The Property Log Book Company, the market leading electronic residential and commercial log book specialist, has opened a new office in Manchester to service its clients in England and Wales. “Due to growth and increasing demand we needed to better meet the requirements of our customers and be able to better support them in their plans”, said Stuart Young, MD of The Property Log Book. “This is a very exciting opportunity for us and we are delighted to have Kate Burke on board heading up our new operation.”
Home Report to Launch in Scotland December 2008
In a move approved by the Local Government and Communities Committee today Communities Minister Stewart Maxwell said that from December 1, 2008, properties for sale will have to be marketed with information, now branded as the ‘Home Report’.
