What does the Property Log Book do?
A Property Log Book will store as much property information as you want enabling you to market the property in a more positive light with a great deal more useful information. Give out controlled access of the Log Book to prospective buyers thus reducing the cost associated with producing paper. The Property Log Book is a lot more environmentally friendly than traditional paper handover manuals.
Your Property Log Book can link in with your on-line marketing campaigns including Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.
Home Report
Properties for sale in Scotland must be marketed with a Home Report. This is a pack of three documents a Single Survey (SS), an Energy Report (EPC) and a Property Questionnaire (PQ). The Home Report will be made available on request to prospective buyers of the home. Newly built homes need only an Energy Report for the first sale.
