The Property Log Book is a cost efficient business tool for property information which will ensure your compliance with the New Homes Consumer Code.
The new consumer code comes into effect from the 1st April 2010.
The aims of the Code are to ensure that Home Buyers:
- are treated fairly and know what service levels to expect;
- are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions; and
- know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute-resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.

The Consumer Code applies to Home Buyers who, on or after 1st April 2010, reserve to buy a new or newly converted Home built by a Home Builder under the insurance protection of one of the supporting Home Warranty Bodies.
