The Property Log Book has been designed to help developers with the collation and dissemination of property information. A Property Log Book will streamline the sales process whilst instilling greater transparency, enable developers to evidence energy performance and satisfying demanding customer service requirements. The Property Log Book has been designed to facilitate the sale of a property because when the seller and buyer of a property do not have access to the same information we have greater inefficiencies. This information asymmetry is more likely to work against the developer than buyer.
