The Property Log Book open a new English office May 2008
The Property Log Book Company, the market leading electronic residential and commercial log book specialist, has opened a new office in Manchester to service its clients in England and Wales. “Due to growth and increasing demand we needed to better meet the requirements of our customers and be able to better support them in their plans”, said Stuart Young, MD of The Property Log Book. “This is a very exciting opportunity for us and we are delighted to have Kate Burke on board heading up our new operation.”
With the increasing legislative challenges faced by house builders, such as Home Information Packs and Home Reports, the Property Log Book has been further developed to embrace conveyancing, land and community information, energy performance and long term sustainability and customer care services. Importantly, we found that having a Property Log Book against their properties enables builders to achieve a further 3 valuable points towards the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Applecross, recently awarded Scotland’s Best Housebuilder, was our first Scottish based customer.
